Workflow Passive Substitution

Hi Maorriyan,
Remember that substitution via A210 only works if the work item was assigned to the original user via the position id
in the A210 entry.  If the work item was assigned directly to the original user's user id then it won't be substituted via A210 - only via HRUS_D2.  That's the difference between personal and position-based substitution.

Good day all,
As a workflow administrator I need to maintain passive substitution for user that is on sick leave.
I'm trying maintain this substitution from info type 1001 and substype A311/A006/A010/A210 but none of those subtype working properly.
Any idea ?
