The standard po release workflow is heavily intertwined with the sap
standard code, try not to mess with that.
 
Try creating a small workflow with a sendmail step that has as triggering
event the PO create event that also starts the PO release workflow (see
workflow in application scenarios MM documentation), bind the event object
to the send mail step as an adhoc object so you see it in the workflow
message, and then use the wapi client or the exchange connector to see the
whole thing in outlook and sap.
 
All this is described in the workflow book isbn 1-59229-006-x. get it. It
contains lots of useful stuff!

Friends I go to you to consult them for the Workflow in Purchase Order since
I want that when a Purchase order is created as well as sends to me a mail
to the SAPOffice and a mail to the Outlook also orders me the attachment PO.
 
Some will have a writing or tutorial to be able to do this.
