Sale Order (BUS2032->Changed) as Terminating Event

Hi,
 
When ever Sale Order has been created i send info to an geant to assign WBS Element.
Assume When the agent assigned WBS Elemnt from VA02 instead SAP Inbox,My work Item should Disappear.
 
--->I Tried creating a task with triggering event created,method display(Which require to confirm end of provvessing) and Terminating event changed.Even after changing (from VA02) the work item not going away from inbox.
 
-->Is method should be unchecked for  'Confirm end of processing'.can i use a new method for the same.
