Workflow Passive Substitution

Maintaining HRUS_D2..hehm..is it legal procedure by SAP. If yes..why we have
to create table maintenance generator for this purpose ?

Good day all,
As a workflow administrator I need to maintain passive substitution for user
that is on sick leave.
I'm trying maintain this substitution from info type 1001 and substype
A311/A006/A010/A210 but none of those subtype working properly.
Any idea ?
