Workitem error - workflow administrator is not notified

Jocelyn,

RSWWERRE is running regularly every hour and half and it did not pick
up any of these errors. Other errors are reported.

It sounds like I should report this problem to OSS.

I didn't want to replace the workflow administrator. I was just trying
to make sure we knew when the workflow administrator was being
replaced. We had a consultant who replaced the administrator with
himself for development purposes but forgot to remove this override
when he transport the flow.

An easy way to monitor overrides is to query table SWDSEXPR on
expression type (EXPRTYPE) 16 (workflow administrator expressions)
looking for active workflows. I just wanted confirmation that this will
capture all occurrences of an override and it sounds like it will.
