To Disable the "Workflow Attachment Button" in SAP Workplace

Hi all,
 
I have a requirement which is almost the same: how to disable the =
'forward' button in the SAP Workplace. I've tried to achieve this using =
authorisation restrictions, but this unfortunately did not work. I can =
not restrict the possible agents (that would limit the forward =
possibilities).
 
Anyone had such a situation and found a solution for it?

I want to insist the users to make the attachments on the =
requisition-object
ONLY using "Generic Object Services" of the Object.
How can i disable the attachment button in SAP Workplace?
 
can anybody have any idea for achieving this functionality?
