SAp Workflow and First Class

Patricia,
Strong recommendation based on experience of many different email systems at many different customers:
Stick to email notification of work items - report RSWUWFML - to tell users via First Class that they have work items to process in their workflow inbox.   Use the SAP Business Workplace or one of the web inboxes as the workflow inboxes.
Do not attempt to use First Class as your workflow inbox.
