BKPF.Created event

Check if your document need a release flag, if so you have to build in a
release rotione in your WF

I'm trying to trigger my workflow based on the Created event of BKPF,
which I believe should occurs on the accounting document save/post.  The
problem is, the accounting document is being created automatically from
the billing document via VF01, and the BKPF event is never called.  I
applied note 336305 to implement the event, but it still doesn't work.
Does anyone know how to get this event to work?  I can't trigger off the
creation of the billing document, it has to be off the accounting
document.
