To do that send a mail to the list server with the
command search.

The only way to get at archived material is to use the Listserv
commands,
posted by me to the group several months ago. If you don't know the
commands you can go to
http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/1.8d/user/user.html
(I forget them offhand), but there is a Search command, and a Getpost
command which can be sent to LISTSERV at MITVMA.MIT.EDU in order to
retrieve
archived messages.
