Workflow item and obects does not match.

Patricia, That's not really enough detail to go on.  Which inbox are you using?
What release is your system? etc. etc.

I need some assistance.
 
The Workflow item does not match the objects and attachments. When you
click on Object and Attachments a different Workflow item is displayed.
 
This was noticed yesterday and another one today.
