OSS Note 131795 explains how to use transaction SO36 to configure other use=
rs' office settings to enable autoforwarding. This transaction, though, ca=
nnot disable the autoforwarding once it has been activated. In fact, there=
is a note in the online help for this transaction that reads: You can onl=
y define automatic forwarding for a time period for which the corresponding=
user has not activated autoforwarding himself or herself.
Is there a mechanism by which we can disable autoforwarding once it's been =
enabled? The scenario is that autoforwarding is enabled in production, and=
a Q/A or development system is copied, or "refreshed" from the productive =
environment. A follow-on task is to turn off autoforwarding so users do no=
t get e-mail copies of their work items from non-productive environments.
Thanks,
David
