Step: Waiting for Event in Workflow Template

Hello,
 
I've release 46C and I have a Workflow Template with one Step : Wating for
Event.
 
Does anybody know what I've to maintain in the event type linkage table for
this event? Or do I have to do anywhere else any settings? Or missed I some
bindings in the workflow step?
