Document attachment not propagated with Fork

Hi Shayam
 
Check the binding from your Task to your Workflow for the Attachment
container element. If the 'add instead of change' option is not selected,
then the Attachment container element from the task is probably overwriting
the Attachment container element on the workflow instead of appending to it.

Good day to you all,
 
I am facing a problem with document attachment when using Fork statement
(parallel branches).
 
We have used Fork statement to have 3 parallel branches for user decisio
n, where in users take decision and include some attachments.
Now when all three give go ahead, it flows to another user.
Now the problem comes, the attachment of last user (the one who takes de
cision last and includes attachment or rather the one who attaches docum
ents at last) only propagates and not the attachments of all three.
The object type SOFM is used for attachment propagation at all places.
 
Please help me resolving the same,
