AW: Forwarding doesn't work: 'No valid agent found for search str ing US <userID>'

My problem is solved by OSS note '662507 - Workflow: Search for users fails'.
 
Although the description of the note refers to retrieving userIDs with numeric characters in them using the input help <F4>, the note also solves the problem I experienced.
