Hi Allan,
 
you can change default method within your business object (TC SWO1). If
you're using one of SAP's standard object types then create a subtype.
Change default method from display to change and create delegation between
these two.

Dear All,
 
A question regarding the Object attachment in a Workitem.
Is it possible to change the Default Method from Display to Change, so
that when the user clicks on the Object link in a workitem, the Object
opens in Change mode.
If this is not possible, is it at all possible to remove this link
entirely from the workitem?
