Hi Ahmet,

if you use the outgoing-document-szenario for archving I can imagine =
that
you create the document-image out of spool (option print and archivr or
archive only).=20
The Object VBRK (ArchvieLink Object for Invoice) fires an Event =
'assigned'
e.g., if the image is assigend.

Those you can use to pick up the Image-Object in you Workflow to handle =
it
further on.

Also you can use the BTE's to financial/costing (FI/CO) to create your =
own
event if the invoice is booked.

I myself uses outgoing innvoice images in several WF's in this way.

maybe it helps

regards

Heinz

Betreff: Re: SAPScript Attachment in background

Is there way to convert it automatically to PDF and then send it via =
email ?
The company wants the invoice for the customer (which will be a =
sapscript or
smart form) to be sent to the customer automatically via an attachment
(after several approve steps in workflow- I managed to do the approve =
steps
but then I have to find a way to get the right sapscript that =
corresponds to
the current SD document and then attach it to the mail then send it to
customer). That's why I want to do it in the background. Actually, I =
don't
know this is even possible or not ?

Regards

Ahmet

No I don't but I haven't played around a lot in this area as yet.

Presumably with smartforms you could generate a document and then send =
it.

Why not put a query in to OSS?

Jocelyn,

Thanks for the answer, but I thought object STD_TEXT is used for texts =
only,
I want to attach the whole SAPScript form to the mail and send it. Is =
this
possible ? By the way do you know a solution for the same problem but =
this
time for SmartForms ?

Regards

Ahmet
