With some archiving systems, you have the option to allow direct access =
by users using a hyperlink; usually containing the document number. I do =
not know your situation but it is possibly quite straightforward to =
generate the link dynamically in SAP and send it to the email address of =
the person who requires access to the document on the archiving server. =
The document numbers are stored in the archivelink linkage tables.

Hello.
 
We are in 4.5B.
 
In invoice verification,  we display the Image linked to the document by
Secondary Method in Decisional Task.
 
We also want to send an e-mail to particular users without SAP with the
image like attachment.
 
Any idea for linking the invoice image to the e-mail???
