Container Elements Keep Disappearing/Reappearing

All,
 
  We have a Production issue, looking to see if anyone else has experienced this occurance. We're on 6.2 using TS7869 for Scanning/Archivelink, the workitems get created but when you look at the container elements, one minute they're there, the next minute they're gone. And they keep showing up & disappearing, has anyone experienced this before?
