Delete WI/WF in PROD Sys.

Go into work item change from workplace or swi1 and if you have the right
authorisation there will be a button "delete logically"

SWWL physically deletes work items and leaves no trace that these have been
deleted (auditors won't like that).
That's why it's recommended to change the work item status (f.i. logically
deleting work items) instead of
physically deleting them.
