Can this be done?

Hi All,
 
Was wondering if anyone has done this before.
 
Basically, on an alternative BOM create (CS01), WF will trigger parallel
tasks to make changes to the BOM components via MM02.  Once ALL the
components have been changed, I want to trigger another event for further
processing.  The keyword here is ALL.  How do I tell that WF has finished
updating ALL components of the BOM via MM02?
 
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
