Email Notification and auto forwarding

All,
We have been testing email notification of work items and are about to role
this feature out to our Senior Executives, and we were wondering if there
was a report that would list all the people who have set up this capability
through SO36?  If there is no report, can someone help me by letting me know
what table this information is stored in so that I can look at it's
contents?
