Create Customer Workflow.

We are in R3 4.6c. I'm trying to find if there's any standard SAP =
supplied Workflow for creating customer.
 
In fact I found two one is 20000084 - Demo WF for create customer and =
another is Creating customer using a web form.=20
 
Has anybody implemented this WF? Can somebody give me any tips, tricks =
and issues they had? There's no documentation on 20000084 for =
configuration in IMG.=20
 
I appreciate any help.
