Triggering workflow from message

Hi there,
 
there is any way to automatically trigger a workflow from an warning
message? I.e. The user receives a warning message, bypasses it and then
the workflow is triggered?
 
I used the wizard "Call workflow from message" but the user has to
manually start the workflow? Or there is something else that I have to do
to automate that?
