Workflow/task triggered to business object

Good Morning,
 
In an Abap report, I have to check if a particular instance of a  business
object is actually triggered into a not-completed workflow or task.
 
In other words, i would like to  find if the material document
4900000024/2003 is currently processing by a workflow or task.
 
perhaps  a function module can be useful?  but which?
