Function Module RH_GET_ACTORS

Parag,

I am trying to send a simple message to the document inbox when a PO is
created for a requisition. I am using the function SO_OBJECT_SEND to send
this message via a background task. The recipients of this message are
maintained in a standard role which has responsibilities tied to different
purchasing groups. I am trying to determine the recipients using the
function module RH_GET_ACTORS, which is not working in our staging
environment.

Thanks,
Jay

Jay,

Why aren't you using standard role directly in the workflow?.

I mean, what is the purpose of the custom background task to read users
from the responsibility, when standard role can give similar result.

Regards,
Parag.
