SO28 - Inbound Distribution - Additional Selection

I am using Inbound Distribution to start a workflow and it is starting
correctly.  However, I need the original recipient as well as the new
recipient in the mail message that is received. The new recipient is in
the message, but the original recipient is not, I have checked off
Addit. selection (which indicates it would include the original
recipient).  Has anyone worked used this flag before?
