Workflow error - Training & Event

Hi Ahmed,
There's something wrong with your workflow WS99900006.  Suggest you check the workflow itself
is active without errors, and also check the workflow to event linkage binding.

I am getting following error messages when I am trying to book a course. I
have tried to activate the "event linkage" option couple of times but it is
keep deactivating that option.
