No, standard not possible to maintain subst. centrally:
what you can do, is: search for functions starting with SO_SUBST* ...
these will work...

Dear Wf-ers,
 
Is it possible to maintain substitutes centrally? By that I mean is it
possible to maintain substitutions for other people, for example management
who have a R/3 user and are integrated in the workflow with a web form and
as such are not really R/3 users. Since these people can't / won't maintain
the substitutes by themselves I need some function to do it for them.
 
Also there used to be a link to an searchable archive of messages sent to
this list server, but I found it doesn't work anymore (www.webflow.com).
Does anyone have a link to the place where I can search for old messages on
this subject?
