Yes,
write a program or generate the View maintenance on HRUS_d2.
If using the basic inbox substitution. (Your question covered ?)
 
If using HR Org substitution then this is completely in the hands
of the HR department.
 
Create a substitution  Position to Persian (S) (A210) (p)
That will also work in the inbox.
 
Shame the archive search is hard to use.
This topic is covered in depth there.

Dear Wf-ers,
 
Is it possible to maintain substitutes centrally? By that I mean is it possible to maintain substitutions for other people, for example management who have a R/3 user and are integrated in the workflow with a web form and as such are not really R/3 users. Since these people can't / won't maintain
the substitutes by themselves I need some function to do it for them.
 
Also there used to be a link to an searchable archive of messages sent to this list server, but I found it doesn't work anymore (www.webflow.com). Does anyone have a link to the place where I can search for old messages on this subject?
