Because an existing workflow must be able to continue, although new workflows
can use the new definition.

The new definition is used once the buffer is refreshed or automatically
invalidated at midnight. See SWU_OBUF

Subject: Runtime Versions differs

Can anyone tell me why my runtime workflow is different to the defined one. When I look at the runtime WF log it is not what I have developed. I have deleted tasks but some still remain.
