PR Release WF Changed

Hi Richard,
I think I had the same problem some years ago. As far as I remember, =
the reason was a corrupt binding. Compare the binding of this step with =
a user decision step in some other workflow definition.

Can it be a translation problem?? Try to verify if you have your =
decision
texts on the WI language...
