Sap Mapi and session ended

utlook.=0D=0A=0D=0AThe problem is when a user want to close the session t=
hat his workitem has=0D=0Aactivated.=0D=0A=0D=0AIf you close the session =
with the 'X' in the up-right-corner of the window,=0D=0Ayou have two beha=
viors:=0D=0A=0D=0A1) in SapOffice the system alerts you the workitem is e=
nded with pop-up=0D=0Amessage "the transaction was terminated by the user=
 -- exit" and the=0D=0Aworkitem is ended.=0D=0A=0D=0A2) with Sap Mapi,=A0=
 the session is closed without pop-up, but workitem is=0D=0Anot ended, it=
 still remains in "started" status.=0D=0A=0D=0AHow can i solve the proble=
