When a PR changed in the middle of workflow..

significantlyChanged is / should be raised only for changes that have a
business impact (different value, different quantity etc.). It is not
raised for changes that are of lesser importance (e.g. text changes etc).
In other words, at least in theory you should be fine listening just to
significantlyChanged.

Dear workflowers,
 
Currently it is possible to change a purchase requisition
in the middle of workflow process.
So if there are two approvers and the PR changed after first approver
approved, the second approver may see the PR with different line items.
 
One solution of this is receive a changed event.
But when i change PR, significantlyChanged event not generated.
 
I don't know what the event mean.
 
How can I solve this situation?
