No update for RH_INSERT_INFTY_1001_EXT

Hello,
 
I am using this function module ( RH_INSERT_INFTY_1001_EXT ) in my own
created method. I want to create a relation between
S-object and my O-object and all seems to go well but when I am in test mode
of my Business Object ... the system does not update (although I added a
'commit work' at the end).
 
Are there any people who have experience in this 'HR Personnel Development'
background updating via methods?
Maybe I am using the wrong function module...
