Event linkages

Hello,
 
We have build new SAP servers and in new systems most
of the evet linkages are not active. Our consultants
are doing by editing the entries from SWE2 and
enabling it. I guess there coould be a different way
like "OYEB" to actiavte idoc linkages.
 
Are there any other solutions, please advice.
