Hi Kimberly,
 
you have a possibility to create layouts which r the user's option to
custom the list of items he gets in his inbox.
you can filter the items according to the fields for selection that you
have in the layout.
you can also create dynamic columns like fields from the Task container
=66rom the certain instance of the work flow.
you can create general or user specific layouts and manage which layout
will be the default one..=20

Hi Sunni,
the only good thing on the old interface ( so01X) is the summery of the
items in each folder ( how many items in each folder) .. in 4.6 you can
=66ilter the same way like in 3/1 via Layouts. you can also add user
custom fields to the layout Tamir

Has anyone used transaction SO01X instead of SBWP.
Our client prefers this to sbwp because you have a simpler interface. If
anyone has used this do you know the pros and cons=3F
