SO01X INSTEAD OF SBWP

Hi.
 
A client of mine has also chosen to use SO01X after an upgrade from 3.1h to
4.6c. The main reason for this was that they had user-specific "buttons" in
the inbox for different workitems based on filtering criteria they could set
up themselves. One of the criteria they use for filtering is the workitem
text. If text is the filter you get the same functionality when viewing
workitems in 4.6c grouped according to task.

Has anyone used transaction SO01X instead of SBWP.
Our client prefers this to sbwp because you have a simpler interface.  If
anyone has used this do you know the pros and cons?
