Standard IDoc error handling workflows

Hi workflow experts -
 
We are using the standard Idoc error handling tasks in basis 620 (SAP =
Enterprise).  In WE46, we have activated all listed idoc error handling =
tasks.  However, when we run the Idocs and they error, these tasks are =
not being run.  I'm not sure if there's something else I need to do to =
get these workflows in place.  Am I missing something?
