How to lookup a users Parameter settings?

What I normally tend to do is run FM BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL; as it gives =
you absolutely everything on a user in one go (and it bypasses the usual =
SU01 authorisation restriction, of course...)

If you have access to SU01 you can see parameters and more.  If not, a =
look
at table USR05 should give it to you...

Parameters settings.
