Error using a standard role

Hi Claus,
 
We had the very same problem as well and we create a new object to handle
all our role resolution in the background and we had no problem since.
We pass from the workflow container to the method container the object type
"AC" Object ID the role number and the value to resolve the role.

Simulating the role in PFAC works fine, - the right user is found. I have
managed my role only using PFAC, so everything should be SAP Standard. But
this is my first use of a role, so please tell me if I have to do something
further.

try to simulate your role with PFAC. Maybe you see more.
 
Do ou use messages/Raises in your rolr-module other than standard
nobody_found ?

Hi.
 
In a new workflow, I use a self-defined standard role of type
responsibilities, with Plant and MRP-controller as container elements.
Simulating the role works fine, but in the workflow I get this error:
 
Workflow no. 4462 step 129: Error or exception resolving role 'AC90000001'
 
    Message no. WL 423
 
Diagnosis
 
    The role function module for role 'AC90000001' initialized an exception
    and returned a message ("MESSAGE ... [RAISING ...]").
 
 
If I then run transaktion SWPR (Restart After Error) the workflow continue
and finds the right user. Binding seems to be OK. Release is 4.6C
 
Any ideas ? - thanks in advance.
