Entries in SM58

[Smith Elizabeth]

Hello all!
 
I've some entries in SM58 which I want to delete but I get a message
that only the 'caller' can delete the entry. The user in question does
not have access to SM58. Does anyone know how I can delete these
entries?
 
We are on version 3.1I.
