WF trigger for WS20000077 from MRP

Hi All,
 
Is there a reason why trigger event is generated when a purchase
requisition is generated automatically from MRP?  It works fine when the
req. is created manually and when MRP generates a Planned Order that is
converted to a purchase requisition.  Is there a sub-workflow or table
structure to activate?
