Business object for creating a returns delivery for repair (RMA) order

Hi,
 
I have a requirement for a workflow that automatically creates a returns
delivery for a repair (RMA) order (SAP 4.6C: tx VRRE). The workflow is
to be started after a sales (repair) order has been created
(BUS2032.CREATED) or changed (BUS2032.CHANGED).
 
Does someone know if there is a business object that contains this
functionality (create returns delivery, next perform 'Edit - Post goods
issue')? Business object BUS2032 does not contain such a method. I don't
know if there is another business object (f.i. 'Return delivery')
available that provides what I need. I also couldn't find any BAPI that
does what I want.
 
Maybe I need to record a BIM that created the returns delivery and
performs the post goods issue?
