AW: SapOffice mail with Attachment

Hi Angelo,

it depends on which attachment you want to use?

If you use a Word- or Excel-document then you can add a container operation
after the generation of the document where you insert the variable
"Document0001" into '_Adhoc_Objects'.

If you want to have a SOFM-Object (Raw, SCR, ...) as your attachment, then
you have to do the following:
- Add a task based on objecttype 'SOFM' and method 'create'.
- The binding is generated automatically and the system adds one variable
(type SOFM)
- Then you have to add a container operation: '_Attach_Objects' = "generated
variable"
- Now the SOFM-Object is attached to the workflow and you can access it on
every workitem.
- And when you send a mail with Selfitem->Sendtaskdescription all
attachments are available within the mail

Hope that helps!
Regards,
Werner.
