Maybe you can try to use the FM SO_OBJECT_SEND. Hopefully, it helps.

Unfortunately the parameter "Attachments" in  method
selfitem.sendTaskDescription is present from release 4.6A.
We are in 4.5B.
 
Every other  idea is welcome.

Hello Angelo,
 
method selfitem.sendTaskDescription has a paramter "Attachments". Try to
use this parameter so add attachments to the mail. "_ATTACH_OBJECTS" is =
not
available within the method.
