OPERATION_NO_AUTHORIZATION error when reading DL lists

Hello,
 
I am currently running into a problem when WF-BATCH (4.5B) is trying to read an
SAP Office Distribution List for role resolution.  I get a short dump with an
OPERATION_NO_AUTHORIZATION error in the SO_DLI_READ_API1 function module.  My
first thought was the profiles for WF-BATCH were incorrect (which they were).  I
had SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW added, but the issue still remains.  What's even
stranger is that when I run the FM via SE37 to test with my own ID it works just
fine, and trust me, I don't have anything near SAP_ALL/SAP_NEW.
 
I also tried running a security trace during the error and it showed no errors
for WF-BATCH or my ID.
 
Any thoughts on what the issue might be?
