WS00400120 Correspondence error handling

[Cliffe, Roger (UK - Milton Keynes)]

It could be T&E Correspondence which is triggered by the event
PD_SCM_MSG              ERROROCCURRED
 
It's an error that occurs whilst it's trying to send the correspondence out
(via email?) regarding booking on a course or something.

Hi Folks
 
Has anyone out there ever used this workflow or know
what it is used for?
It is failing all over my system and I cant find where
it is being called from - presumably somewhere in the
IMG.
 
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
