Multiple condition wild card allowed in values to be checked ?

Here's a dumb question, but here goes...for the life of me I'm just not sure on
this one:
 
When defining a multiple condition in SWDD can you use wild cards e.g 121*, in
the comparison values, instead of defining all the seperate values starting
with 121... ?
