Raising event FIPP.created for parked document approval

Hi Abby,
We have configured ws10000051 for document parking and approval, Activate
event trace (SWELS) and see if they are giving any error messages, also test
possible event receivers by swue.I hope u have activated event linkage by
swetypv.

Yes, I have.  If I raise the event manually, the workflow triggers as
needed.  It's raising the event that I can't figure out.  Reading through
OSS it's telling me to go through the Business Transaction Event Wizard with
event 2213, but when I'm trying that it's erroring.
 
Completely lost - any help would be appreciated!

this may be a silly question...but have you configured the parked document
workflow in the IMG ?
