TMS Workflow ?

Hi Chavi,
 
I ran into this problem almost a year ago.  SAP created a program which you
run, which allows you to specify your own custom workflow to be used for
routing transport proposals.  Please check OSS for this note.  If I come
across it, I will pass it along.
